Our Story
I opened Woody's Wag n Wash as a tribute to my heart dog, the one we lost far too early.
Woody was the sweetest, most loving, most loyal boy I've ever known. He was also highly anxious and reactive, and that made the world a hard place for him. Outings were stressful for both of us — I ached watching him get so upset, and I'll admit I felt embarrassed too, that after thousands of dollars in training and endless exercise, I still couldn't stop the high-pitched barking the second he saw another dog.
So the groomer was out of the question. I'd wash him at home instead, then sit and wait 6+ hours while my two big dogs got finished somewhere across town — stressed the whole time, wishing there were a better way.
That better way is this business. I didn't build Woody's Wag n Wash just to groom dogs. I built it to give owners and their fur babies the calm, peaceful, one-on-one experience I so desperately wanted back when it was me and my Woody boy — no cages, no chaos, no other dogs, no all-day wait. Just your dog, cared for gently, right in your own driveway.

The groomer that Bailey had been going to since birth retired so we had to find a new groomer. When you love your pet as you do a child, it’s hard for you to trust people, especially when you know that your pet cannot talk. What made me choose Woody’s Wag n Wash was former reviews And the fact that they come to your house. Yes, it does cost more, But to know that they are just outside your house makes it that much easier for you to pay the extra money. When Kim brought Bailey out, my heart melted seeing how adorable she looked. They did such an amazing job. Before they even started, she asked me everything that I wanted and delivered it plus! I would highly recommend using Woody’s! We will definitely be using them from now on!

I am so glad I found this mobile grooming service! Roxy is a senior dog and she was getting very anxious going in the car and also being in a kennel with all the loud noises at the groomers. She would shake for hours after. This one on one and quick grooming was so much better suited for her!! She went right with Kim and Kim reported she was calm as can be and you could tell she was well taken care of. The cute was perfect, she smelled great and was very happy! It does cost more of course and I was expecting that and felt it was well worth the money for the time and care given!

This is our second service with them and we couldn’t be happier! The owner came to the first appointment and made sure to introduce herself to us, which I thought was so wonderful and professional. If you go with them ask for Kim as your groomer!! She did a phenomenal job with our Yorkie who is still under a year old. We couldn’t be happier with our service! :)
